While Toledo and the rest of the midwest is getting blasted with snow I was in sunny Florida shooting the 2014 NASCAR Championships at Homestead-Miami Speedway. With the new chase format, which is similar to a NCAA Basketball bracket which NASCAR implemented this year made the drama that more interesting.

Friday night was the Camping World Truck Championship where Matt Crafton took home the trophy for the second straight year.

Saturday night was the Nationwide Championship which was clinched by Chase Elliott in Phoenix last weekend. In my personal opinion, I don’t see the point of racing for the championship when a driver has already clinched, but what do I know?

Sunday afternoon was the Sprint Cup Championship where, Kevin Harvick, Ryan Newman, Denny Hamlin and Joey Logano would a battle it out to see who would raise the trophy at the end of the night.

The weekend was filled with laughs, beautiful sunsets and hanging out with old friends. Enjoy the photos from the weekend.

The Chase Ended in Homestead, Florida where the 2013 NASCAR Champion would be crowned. Going into the race weekend everyone was predicting Jimmie Johnson to win his 6th NASCAR Championship and he did just that. I would put Jimmie in the category as one of the best NASCAR drivers ever. He has won 6 Championships in 12 years being in the sport. He also won five championships in a row from 2006-2010. Enjoy the photos.
