Being a sports photographer your schedule changes quite frequently. I was suppose to head down to Oxford, OH to shooting #10 Cincinnati against Miami of Ohio but with the Tigers having a chance to clinch the American League Central that would be a way better story. I got to the stadium around 5:30 and the Twins vs. Royals game was playing on the scoreboard and everyone was watching in hoping the Royals would be able to beat the Twins. But that didn’t happen so covering the game wasn’t as big of a deal as it should be.
As I was driving to the stadium I noticed these crazy clouds and sky and I hope it was still there when I got to the stadium.

Then I walked all the way to the top of the stadium to get a nice overall shot with the cool clouds.

I walked back down to the first base photo well to get to work hoping a good play at the plate would happen but that never happened the whole game. It just ground balls, pop ups and strike outs. The White Sox dominated the game winning 5-1

After a boring game and a Tigers lose, I would have to wake up on Sunday at 8am to make the 2 hour drive to Cleveland to shoot the Cincinnati Bengals vs. Cleveland Browns.
